I WAS AT CHURCH ONE SUNDAY WITH MY DAD AND A PASTOR STARTED TALKING ABOUT LOGOS!? I WAS SURPRISED TO HEAR THIS IN CHURCH AND TO LEARN ABOUT THE GREEK ORIGINS OF THE WORD. EVEN IN THE DICTIONARY, IT IS DEFINED AS FOLLOWS....

LO·GOS /ˈLŌGŌS/

NOUN 1) THE WORD OF GOD, OR PRINCIPLE OF DIVINE REASON AND CREATIVE ORDER.

BASED ON THAT DEFINITION, & REGARDLESS OF YOUR BELIEF.. THAT IS POWERFUL! YOUR LOGO IS SO IMPORTANT!

-- In the next few blog posts we will take a deeper dive into what makes for a great logo. We will show you how we learned to create them & our favorite styles.

Below is an image that shows a few famous brand logos in order to show you the difference between the 7 popular types of logos which are:

  • Letter Mark

  • Work Mark

These Next Examples go a little deeper into the psychology behind the colors and symbols. We will take a better look at that in the next few blog posts.
